Here's a nice shot of the fairway from the tee box on Hole 1. Even on a fairly easy hole like this one, there was trouble everywhere. One thing about playing golf with the Valencia's is that they always play challenging courses. Its much different than playing cheaper, public courses in the Bay Area. For a hacker like me, its a good thing to play nice courses with the Valencia/Reardon gang.
